£60 per session

Our first session will last up to 90 minutes while we get to know each other.

Subsequent sessions will last around an hour.

That is difficult to say. We are all unique individuals with different needs. Also, it is fair to say that Hypnotherapy does not always achieve instant results - and sometimes several sessions are needed before the desired changes happen.

We understand that the best laid plans often go awry and for that reason we ask that should you need to re-schedule your appointment you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours` notice.

In the event of a no show without good reason (emergencies being exempt), we reserve the right to charge you a fee of £60 which covers a 1 hour session.

As you can no doubt appreciate, missed appointments cost us time and money, and prevent us from seeing other clients.

We understand that for many people this form of therapy comes with a lot of baggage - thank you, stage hypnotists - but be assured that the sole aim of this modality is to provide therapy.

Sessions can be run on a 1 to 1 basis - or can be presented to groups. 

They can be run in-person - or online.

Themes can include such myriad topics as goal-setting - food and mood - self-awareness - resilience - writing for wellbeing - mental first aid - anxiety coaching ...

The fee is £60 per session.

Initially, I see most clients every 2 weeks. This helps us to maintain focus and make progress while ensuring you receive the guidance and support you need - while also allowing time for the other important aspects of your life.

Thereafter, we can progress to a monthly basis.

For some clients we then go on to meet quarterly or even annually to help you maintain your focus in the longer term.

For most clients we will have at least 4 sessions.

However, depending on your goals, I often ask clients to consider working with us for a minimum of 8 – 12 weeks.

£30 per session

Your session will last around 30 minutes.

As many as you like, or need.

Reiki offers many benefits, two of which are peace of mind and deep relaxation. Depending on the circumstances of your life you may need regular sessions to help you gain and maintain your equilibrium.
